摘要
CCD标定作为图像采集处理的前端,直接影响到后继信息的处理.用Matlab软件实现CCD摄像机内外参数的标定,得出旋转矩阵和平移向量,并验证镜头畸变量对数据的影响.通过双目CCD交互式测距验证,测量结果误差小于0.3 mm,满足工业要求.
As the basis of the image acquisition and processing, the calibration of CCD would affect the following studies on the image. Based on the Matlab, inner and outer parameters of CCD video camera were calibrated. Then the rotation matrix and the translation vector were calculated, the effect of the lens distortion on the data was verified. The verification of binocular CCD in the interactive range measurement shows that the error was less than 0.3 mm which satified the demand of industry.
