摘要
对电刷镀Ni-P合金镀层的高温摩擦磨损性能进行了研究.实验结果表明,在20CrMo钢基体上,电刷镀Ni-P合金镀层能有效降低试样在高温(450℃)下的摩擦因数,减小高温磨损量.其中,12min电刷镀试样在高温摩擦测试前80min内,摩擦因数基本维持在平均值约0.30,仅为20CrMo钢基体(0.60)的50%;80-120min因镀层局部被磨损穿透,其摩擦因数缓慢增长;120min后,基本维持在平均值约0.50,测试完成后质量磨损量为同等测试条件下20CrMo钢基体的19.99%;24min电刷镀试样在450℃下摩擦测试180min的整个过程中,摩擦因数均较稳定,平均值为0.30,高温摩擦磨损测试后的质量磨损量仅为20CrMo钢基体的6.36%.
High-temperature friction and wear properties of Ni-P coatings prepared by electro brush plating were investigated. The experimental result shows that Ni-P coatings prepared by electro-brush plating on 20CrMo steel matrix can effectively reduce the friction coefficient and wear loss. Among the sam- ples,the friction coefficient of 12 minute electro-brush plating sample was about 0.30 in the first 80 minutes of high temperature wear test,only 50 percent of that of the 20CrMo steel, then it increased from 80 to 120 minutes as the coating was partialy worn out; after 120 minutes, the friction coefficient remained at 0.50,the total mass wear loss was only 19.99 percent of that of the 20CrMo steel under the same test condition. The friction coefficient of 24 minute electro-brush plating sample was stably around 0.30 in the entire 180 minute testing process at 450 ℃ ; the mass wear loss was only 6.36 percent of that of the 20CrMo steel.
