对廉政网络文化建设的几点思考

廉政网络文化是改革开放以后出现的新事物。廉政网络文化建设,主要包括公共网、政务网和廉政网等三大平台的廉政文化建设。公共网是反腐舆情的重要来源,政务网是廉政建设的主要对象,廉政网是反腐倡廉的基础阵地。进行廉政网络文化建设的不足表现为,公共网由于网络的开放性而缺乏自律,政务网由于电子政务的不完善而存在缺位,廉政网由于工作不到位而相对滞后。进行廉政网络文化建设必须转变观念,加强信息化建设的组织领导;加快建设,搭建网络技术平台;强化培训,提高干部队伍信息技术水平。
