Reflections on the Construction of Ecological Development Zone in Guangdong

生态发展区是广东省委、省政府依据主体功能区理论及本省实际确定的四类主体功能区之一。生态发展区的主体功能定位是生态保障,发展的原则是优先保护生态环境。建设生态发展区,需要明确生态发展区划分带来的影响,科学制订生态发展区建设的目标,逐步解决生态补偿、工业发展等重大问题。

Eco-development zone is one of four main functional areas which was determined by Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Guangdong Provincial Government based on the theory of the main functional areas and the reality of this province. The functional orientation of the eco--development zone is ecological protection. Development principles is a priority of protecting the environment. To construct the eco--development zone, must know the impact of the division of coo--development zone definitely, set goals of the construction scientifically, and solve the problems of ecological compensation and industrial development step by step.
