摘要
教师工作满意度直接影响着教师工作积极性的发挥,影响到学校的教育、教学质量,而且它还制约着教师心理健康的发展。因此,分析和探讨影响教师工作满意度的因素结构,思考相应的对策以改善教师工作满意度,有着迫切的需要和重大的现实意义。从广东外语外贸大学管理制度对教师工作满意度的影响力实证分析结果可以发现,当前高校学校管理上尚存在一些问题,必须采取对策予以解决。
Teachers' Job satisfaction directly influences bringing their work initiative into play, schooling, and teaching quality as well as restricts their mental health development, thereby, it's of great necessity and realistic significance to analyze and explore the factor structure that influences teachers' job satisfaction and to come up with relevant countermeasures to improve teachers' job satisfaction. From the positive analysis results of GDUFS's management system influence over teachers' job satisfaction, we can see that there are still some problems in our existing management for institutions of higher education, as entails right solutions to address.
