On the Exploitation of Potential Tourism Human Resources in Anhui ——A Case Study of Tourism Colleges

院校教育是潜在旅游人力资源开发的主体。以安徽省旅游院校教育为例,目前存在着教育深化、教育层次结构不合理、人才培养与社会脱节等问题,基于现状,提出加强职业教育与研究生教育等一系列促进教育发展的对策。

Despite the importance of college education in potential human resources development of tourism, it is now suffering a variety of problems in Anhui, such as： educational deepening, unreasonable educational structure and divergence of talent cultivation from the society. Thus, this article explores possible countermeasures that can be taken in the development of tourism education.
