不同品种肉用绵羊在舍饲条件下皱胃组织学的变化 被引量:1

摘要 采用组织切片方法研究了不同品种肉用绵羊在相同舍饲条件下皱胃组织学的变化,通过光镜观察结果表明,无角陶赛特羊皱胃肌层最厚,其次是蒙古羊,最薄的是德国美利奴羊,且各品种羊之间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。各品种羊之间皱胃黏膜下层的比较亦遵循了皱胃肌层的变化规律,萨福克羊皱胃黏膜肌层最厚,最薄的是蒙古羊。各品种羊皱胃腺区高度比较,蒙古羊与无角陶赛特羊、萨福克羊比较差异均极显著(P<0.01),与德克赛尔羊、德国美利奴羊比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。幽门部与胃底部肌层比较,德克赛尔羊与萨福克羊比较差异显著(P<0.05),与德国美利奴羊比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。 Different breeds of meat sheep fed under different stabling conditions,tissue biopsies was applied to detected sheep abomasum tissue changes in histology.The result showed that the abomasum of Dorset sheep was thickest,the next was the Mongolian sheep's,the thinnest was German Merino sheep's,but there were significant differences among them(P 0.05);In wrinkles of the lower gastric mucosa,Suffolk sheep fold gastric muscle was the thickest and Mongolian sheep is the thinnest;In the wrinkle heights of abomasum Gastric area,there were markedly different among Mongolian sheep,Dorset sheep and Suffolk sheep(P0.01),but there were no significant difference among Mongolian sheep,Dekesaier sheep and Germany Merino sheep(P 0.05);In gastric Helicobacter and Suffolk bottom,there was significantly different between Dekesaier sheep and German Merino sheep(P 0.05).
