摘要
我国的灌木资源十分丰富,且其营养价值很高,但这类饲料资源的开发利用还存在着一定的局限性。对灌木类植物含有的抗营养成分——酚类物质的抗营养作用进行了初步的探讨。
In China,although shrubs are rich resources and high nutritional value,the limitation of its exploitation and usage has been eixsted.Based on the above metioned,its function of anti-nutritional effects of phenolic substances in shrubs was preliminarily discussed.
