摘要
甜高粱秸秆可以作为高能源料用来发酵生产燃料乙醇,其副产物为酒糟,试验对不同发酵工艺所得酒糟的基本营养成分进行了分析。结果表明,接种量为0.25%、菌种活化2h、发酵5d所得到的酒糟粗蛋白含量最高,而其他基本成分与反刍动物所用的粗饲料基本营养成分相类似。因此,对甜高粱秸秆酒糟进行一定的改造加工后作为反刍动物粗饲料使用,可以提高秸秆的综合利用率。
The sweet sorghum straw can be used as high energy materials to produce fuel ethanol and its by-product is stillage.The basic composition of stillage from fermentation with different techniques was analyzed.The results showed that crude protein content in stllage was the highest with inoculation of 0.25% bacteria,activated for 2 hours,fermented for 5 days.Therefore,sweet sorghum straw stillage after processed can be used as crude feed for ruminants to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of straw.
