摘要
为支持多学科人员开展异地实时协同工作,提出了网络协同数字化预装配系统体系结构,突破了通用虚拟现实建模语言文件解析技术和零件特征信息提取技术,建立了产品的数字化预装配模型。通过研究网络协同会议的组建和流程,提出基于混合式共享的装配协同实现方法,并开发了原型系统。实例表明,该系统能使异地协作人员通过网络协同地对产品进行实时装配仿真与分析。
A system which supported multidisciplinary engineers in different places to carry out a collaborative digital preassembly was put forward.The digital preassembly model was constructed based on the technologies of general Virtual Reality Modeling Language(VRML)parsing and feature information obtaining was studied.By study on organization and flow of NetMeeting,the collaborative preassembly method was put forward,and the prototype system was then developed.The application showed that collaborative engineers could simulate and analyze the assembly process simultaneously by using this system.
