摘要
为突破传统计划模型研究的局限性,将代理机制扩展到供应链系统环境下的生产—分销模型中,并在此两级供应链环境下建立了生产代理和分销代理间的协同计划模型。假设需求数据已知,构建了生产代理模型、分销代理模型和生产—分销协同计划模型,使得此两级供应链的需求被满足的同时,生产商和分销商的总成本最小,并给出了运算步骤及协同方法。通过协同求得了制造商的最小可能生产能力,并通过定理证明了此协同机制的收敛性。最后,通过算例分析及与集中式计划模型的对比,验证了分散式生产—分销代理协同计划模型的有效性。
To break through the limitation of traditional planning model research,Agent technology was applied in production-distribution two-echelon supply chain system,and the collaborative mechanism between the Production's Agent(PA)as well as the Distribution's Agent(DA)was established under this two-echelon supply chain environment.Assuming the data needs known,the model of PA,the model of DA,and the production-distribution collaborative planning model were constructed to enable the supply chain meet its demands,at the same time,manufacturers and distributors had the minimum overall cost.Furthermore,the calculation steps and the method of collaboration were presented.The minimum possible production capacity was obtained through the collaboration between DA and PA,and the convergence of the collaborative mechanism was proved by theorem.Finally,by a numerical study and the comparison to the centralized planning model,the effectiveness of the production-distribution collaborative planning model was testified.
