摘要
针对风力发电机细长铁心制造过程中,铁心制造存在的难题,进行工艺试验研究,将冲片模具铁心工装结构和转子装压胎结构进行改进,成功地满足了铁心制造的设计要求,同时结合冲片的氧化工艺,使冲片的表面绝缘电阻阻数值同样达到了设计要求,成功地推进样机的试制进程。
In view of the difficulty of manufacturing for long and thin iron cord of windmill generator, the paper makes research on engineer testing to improve the iron core tooling structure of punching die and the positianer structure of rotor that has a laminated core. These efforts stisfies the design requirement of manufacturing iron core successfully. At the same time, combining the oxidizing engineering of lamination, the surface insulation resistance of lamination is also allo achieves the design requirement, which advances the trial-manufacturing schedule of model machine.
