In the beginning of this paper, the author explained the formation mechanism of presbyopia, and pointed out that some symptoms of presbyopia. And then set out the basic steps of scientific presbyopia optometry, and stressed presbyopia optometry should be conducted on the basis of completing refractive in distant. The last, the author stressed some notes of presbyopia optometry, and demonstrated that scientific optometry is the key factor to correct presbyopia.
