CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检85例临床分析

Clinical analysis of CT guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy-a report of 85 cases

目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术方法、要点、注意事项及临床应用的价值。方法对85例经胸部CT检查证实有肺内肿块的患者行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术。结果 85例中,穿刺成功率100%,活检术后诊断病理符合率为100%,5例轻度气胸,10例活检部位有疼痛感,均未发生需紧急处理的气胸、出血等并发症。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术是安全的、准确的微创诊断方法 。

Objective To explore the technical methods, key points,notes and clinical value of CT guided pereutaneous lung puncture biopsy. Methods 85 patients with chest CT confirmed pulmonary mass were performed with CT guided pereutaneous lung puncture biopsy. Results Of all 85 eases, both puneture sueeess rate and pathological coincidence rate before and after biopsy were 100% ,5 eases mild pneumothorax and 10 biopsy site pain occurred,but no urgently dealt eomplieatiun like pneumothorax or bleeding. Conclusions CT guided percutaneous lung puneture biopsy is a safe, minimally invasive and accurate diagnostic method.
