Application of TPI System in Preservation and Management of Postgraduate Dissertations

研究生论文以电子版的形式保存和管理,可以使得研究生论文的检索更加简捷、快速,可以充分发挥论文的参考价值。文章运用文献资料法和事例法,重点介绍了武汉体育学院图书馆利用TPI软件的功能来实现研究生学位论文数据库建设,并利用TPI进行学位论文建设的开发流程。该系统的应用对其他高校图书馆进行这项工作提供了很好的参考价值。

The postgraduate dissertations can be kept and managed in the form of electronic edition, which makes the search of dissertation more direct and faster and displays the reference value of the dissertations. With the document method and the example method, this paper introduces the dissertation database construction and its development process based on the functions of TPI in the library of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education. The application of TPI system provides references for the other college libraries.
