Currently our country changing consuming structure,the first and second industry updates which can delete the push effect of third industry. The foreign third industry has used it for them chance. Because of service trades deficit hence,the development and competition of domestic third industry have affected and flee of talent of third industry seriously. It is very important to wholly understand the status、characteristic and influent factor of domestic third industry,in order to explore a law to progress development.
