The phenomenon of "women teaching and men management in school" shows that women are not only main teaching force, but also the minority and the weak among leader groups in school. The female teachers have no lack of the ability in leadership. On the contrary, they have unique leadership characteristics and advantages compared to the male teachers. In reality, the scarcity of the female leaders in school lies in different open or potential obstacles the community has set for them. It is necessary to reconstruct the knowledge base of educational administration and improve educational leaders training programs, and to enhance gender awareness education, promote and perfect the appropriate personnel management system and regulations, so as to give impetus to women to be educational leaders.
