摘要
在当前社会发生急剧变化的背景下,要加强教师队伍建设,必须关注教师职业面临的时代性困境,特别是社会期望与职业现状之间的冲突、社会责任与职业规定之间的关系、能力水平与道德守则之间的区分。
Under the background of the rapid changing of society, we must pay attention to the current dilemma of teacher profession to strengthen the construction of teaching staff: the contradiction between social expectation and professional status, the relation between social responsibilities and professional requirements, the difference between teaching capacity and the code of moral ethics.
