摘要
介绍了一种用于集中控制系统的PLC与多路非常规通信协议仪表组网通信的新模式。给出了硬件接口、通信程序和抗干扰措施。该模式已在多条柔性配方生产线使用。实践证明,该通信模式是行之有效和安全可靠的。
A new communication mode used in centralized control system, which PLC was linked to the instruments with multi-channel unconventional communication protocol, was introduced. The hardware interface, communication program and anti-interference measure were given. The mode was used in a number of flexible formula production line. Practical results proved that the communication mode was effective, safe and reliable.
