摘要 以酒糟为原料,采用实验室分离的绿色木霉固态发酵生产纤维素酶,对发酵培养条件进行了优化。试验结果表明,在250mL三角瓶中加入酒糟与麸皮(7∶3)5g,料水比(发酵料:营养盐液)为1∶1,其中营养盐溶液pH值自然,黄豆面1.0%,接种1mL孢子悬液,30℃培养3d,CMCase和FPA分别达到7105.92U/g和1463.97U/g。 The optimal conditions of cellulase production by Trichoderma viride through solid state fermentation using distiller's grains as the main material were investigated in this paper, The optimal conditions were as follows: the content of distiller's grains and bran 5 g (7:3) in 250 ml shaking flask, the ratio of material to water 1:1, the initial pH natural, the content of soybean meal 1.0%, the inoculum of spore suspension l ml, fermentation time 3 d and fermentation temperature 30℃. Under these condition, the activities of carboxymethylcellulase and filter paper activity reached 7105.92 U/g and 1463,97U/g, respectively.
