摘要
研究了以玉米为原料生产黄酒的工艺,添加强身健体的中药材强化玉米黄酒的技术。应用该技术生产的黄酒,感官和理化指标完全达到GB/T13662-2008标准的要求。
Using corn as raw material with addition of traditional Chinese medicine, fortified corn wine was produced. Using this technique, the senso- ry and physiochemical specification can meet the requirements of GB/T13662-2008.
