摘要
采用离子阱-飞行时间串级质谱仪(LCMS-IT-TOF)定性分析氯噻酮对照品,并预测了其可能的裂解途径,检测到氯噻酮一个未知杂质,并推测了该杂质可能的结构式及裂解途径。
Chlorthalidone reference substance was analyzed using LCMS-IT-TOF. Possible fragmentation pathway was suggested. A new impurity was found in chlorthalidone reference substance, and its possible structure and fragmentation pathway was suggested.
