胃肠促动药的研究进展

Progress of Gastrointestinal Prokinetic Agents

胃肠促动药是指能够协调胃肠运动规律性,从而加速胃肠推进性运动,促进胃肠内容物传送和排空的药物。本文介绍了胃肠动力疾病的概念及其生理学基础,着重介绍胃肠促动药物,如胃动素受体激动剂、人生长激素释放肽、多巴胺受体阻断剂、5-羟色胺受体激动剂等的研究进展。

Gastrointestinal prokinetic agents can be used to manage gastrointestinal motor dysfunction through stimulating gastric emptying and intestinal transit. In this paper, the concept and the physiological basis of disorder of gastrointestinal motility are introduced. Special emphasis is placed on the progress of gastrointestinal prokinetic agents, such as motilin receptor agonists, ghrelin, dopamine receptor blocking agents and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor agonists.
