对新疆县域经济发展差距的思考

On Intra-county Economic Development in Xinjiang

县域经济是指县域范围内以城镇为中心,以农村为基础,由各种经济成分有机构成的一种区域性经济。它既是宏观经济和微观经济的结合体,又是工业经济和农业经济的交汇点,是国民经济极其重要的组成部分。由于历史原因和种种因素的影响和制约,新疆县域经济同全国特别是发达地区相比,还存在很大的差距。本文通过分析新疆县域经济发展差距,提出新疆县域经济发展的一些建议。

Intra- county economy refers to regional economy, which is cities and towns -centered, rural -based, and composition of the various economic sectors within the county. It is a combination of macroeconomie and microeconomic body, but also the intersection point of an industrial economy and agricultural economy. Intra - County economy is an extremely important national economy. Due to historical reasons and the impact and constraint of various factors, there is a considerable gap in intra - county economic development in Xinjiang compared to developed regions. This paper analyzes discrepancies in the intra - county economic development in Xinjiang and gives some suggestions to intra - county county economic development.
