摘要 目的探讨低剂量扫描在小儿头部的应用。方法对需行CT检查的新生儿125例,随机分成常规剂量组和低剂量1组、低剂量2组。对比3种剂量扫描产生的CT吸收剂量指数(CTD Iw);盲法评判3组扫描剂量的图像质量。结果①低剂量扫描组的CTD Iw吸收剂量仅相当于常规剂量的50%;②低剂量组图像质量以较好为主,较常规剂量组略差,但未出现不合格图像,不影响诊断。符合临床诊断图像所占比例,各组均不低于90%。结论在保证图像质量的前提下,头部检查条件以用60 mAs的扫描条件为宜。既能满足临床诊断要求,又能有效减少辐射剂量。 Objective To evaluate the image quality of clinical application of low-dose spiral CT scan to brain neonatal.Methods 125 patients with suspected cranial disease were selected and randomly divided into conventional-dose and low dose Group 1 and Group 2 low-dose Group.Weighted CT dose index(CTDIw) of the three groups were compared with each other.Results ①The CTDIw in low dose group was 50% of the index in conventional dose group.②The image quality in low dose group mostly was better,but inferior to that in conventional dose group,and all images were qualitied for diagnosing.Conclusion Under the assurance of image quality,it is better to check the conditions of scanning with 60mAs appropriate conditions.It meets the clinical diagnosis and can effectively reduce the radiation dose.
