摘要
目的探究阑尾炎手术切口感染的原因,找出预防的有效方法。方法对632例阑尾炎手术患者中发生切口感染者的资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果 632例阑尾炎手术患者中有27例发生切口感染,感染率4.3%,多种因素可致切口感染。结论阑尾炎手术后切口感染与本身的病理类型有关,更与围手术期处理和手术操作是否恰当有关,全面考虑局部和全身因素,采取多种科学有效的预防措施,是避免切口感染的根本。
Objective To investigate the causes of incision infection of appendicitis after operation and find out the effective methods of prevention.Methods Summary analysis of the patients＇ materials was made,who suffered from incision infection after appendicitis operation among 632 patients.Results27 patients with incision infection recieved the appendicitis operation.The infection rate was 4.3%.Conclusion The incision infection of appendicitis after operation has something to do with the patients＇ pathology kinds,and has something to do with the management during the operation whether the operation was correct or not.Adopting all kinds of scientific and effective preventive methods is the basic method to avoid incision infection.
