Phenyloxycarboxylic acid was prepared with water under microwave irradiation . Con-pared with classical methods , this method has the advantages of good yields , Short reaction time , easy preparaion and mild reaction conditions . This reaction lasted only for 2 ~ 4min. The yields eouid reach 84.2% .
