摘要
本文主要回顾了对外汉语教学与汉语国际教育发展的历史,指出了对外汉语教学与汉语国际教育之间的逻辑联系,分析了对外汉语教学与汉语国际教育发展的动因,并在此基础上展望了对外汉语教学与汉语国际教育发展的前景。语言是人与人之间的交际工具,也是不同文化之间相互沟通的桥梁。我们要培养知华友华人士,培养精通中国文化的博雅君子,更要培养在国际舞台上有发言权的中国通。
This paper reviews the development of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (TCSL) and International Chinese Education (ICE) and covers the following topics:the logical connection between TCSL and ICE;the underlying momentum of the development;and the prospect of TCSL and ICE.In our view,language is a communication tool among people as well as a bridge between cultures;therefore,we need to make friends who know China and love China;we need to establish link with those "gentlemen" who are versed in Chinese culture and the specialists on Chinese issues who have their voice in the international arena.
