摘要
本文对《中国语言生活状况报告(2008)》(下编)进行了梳理和概括:汉字的使用继续"稳中有变",词语的使用依旧"变中有稳";流行语折射出2008年社会生活的大起大落、大悲大喜;年度新词语则围绕这一年社会生活的若干重大事件催生出一簇簇新"词语群";网络用语也在不断地推陈出新,"火星文"仅限于极小的特定人群中出于游戏或隐秘的目的在使用;基础教育新课标历史、地理教材与语文教材在用字用语上各具特色。附录首次尝试发布了东南亚华文媒体用字用语调查数据。
This paper summarizes the gist of the Report of the Language Situation in China （Part Ⅱ）.The use of Chinese characters continues to be stable and only slight changes are discernable;and the use of the words shares the working pattern of characters;catchwords reflect the changes in social life;neologisms related to critical social events breed clusters of new word groups;netspeak vocabulary continuously see novel words or usages;the so-called ＂Martian Script＂ is used in very limited populations in particular online games or as argot;the use of words of history,geography and Chinese textbook of basic education new curriculum standard is different and distinctive respectively.In the appendix,we for the first time attempt to release the words survey data of Chinese-language media in Southeast Asia.
