摘要
通过对300 MW机组锅炉一次风道实际磨损状况的分析,认为煤质改变导致机组运行工况恶劣,空预器出口的一次风带灰严重是热一次风道磨损的主要原因。据此提出在空预器运行过程中合理控制冷端温度,防止冷端腐蚀造成的堵灰,并综合采用多种防磨技术加强一次风道的抗磨能力。
The attrition in primary air duct of one 300 MW coal fired boiler was studied, considering the circumstances of operation and overhaul. The great difference between designed coal and fired coal caused an unexpected ash deposition in air preheater, where the ash particles are involved by the primary air flow. As the primary air velocity is in the value of 20-25 m/s, the ash particles involved by it are so energetic that bring severe attrition to the duct wall. Therefore, suggestions are proposed for air preheater operation, and a number of anti-attrition technologies are introduced in reinforce of ductwall.
