针对蓄热式加热炉存在的维修成本高问题,分析认为,主要原因是加热炉使用周期短,维修缺乏科学性等。济钢中板厂在生产实践中严格操作制度、热工制度,延长加热炉使用周期,制定合理的维修项目及方案,延长耐热滑块的使用寿命,以修代换、减少蓄热烧嘴耐火衬的更换,提高耐热滑块、耐火制品的修旧利用率,年节约维修费用300万元/台。

In view of high maintenance cost of regenerative heating furnace,analysis realized that the main reasons were the short service life of the heating furnace and unscientific maintenance.In production practice,through enforcing carried out the operation and thermal regime,establishing reasonable maintenance item and scheme,reducing the replacing of refractory lining of the regenerative burner by maintenance instead of replacing,and advancing the utilization of heat resisting sliding lump and refractory products etc,Jinan Steel Medium Plant economized maintenance costs 3 million Yuan per year each furnace.
