摘要
系统总结了山东球墨铸铁管有限公司2号高炉闷炉、开炉的实践经验。2号高炉炉缸采用碳砖及黄刚玉陶瓷杯,通过调整优化闷炉和开炉操作制度,实现了安全闷炉、成功闷炉、顺利开炉、快速达产的目标,开炉第3天利用系数达到3.1t(/m·3d)以上,达到了正常生产水平。
This article systemically summarized No.2 BF banking and blowing-in practice experience in Shandong Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd.The No.2 BF hearth was composed of carbon bricks and ceramic cups made of yellow corundum.By means of adjusting and optimizing the operation system of banking and blowing-in,the targets of banking safely and successfully,blowing-in smoothly and attaining designed capacity rapidly were achieved.The productivity was over 3.1 t（/m3·d）on the third day from blowing-in and normal production level was reached.
