摘要
张钢对4#石灰窑窑体加高了2.3m,由采用双向旋转网状曲线布料技术的布料器代替旋转钟式布料器;采用变频器控制风机电机转速,实现风量线性调整和准确控制;在窑底石灰漏斗出口安装料封管,实现连续供风。改造后,生产过程中窑况稳定,石灰产量由80t/d提高到110t/d;各项质量指标均达到冶金二级石灰标准要求。
Zhangdian Iron and Steel General Works heightened the kiln body of the No.4 limekiln 2.3 m.It used the charge distributor with the distribution technology of bi-directional rotation reticulate curve instead of the rotary bell-type distributor,adopted transducer control fan motor speed to achieve the linear adjustment and precise control of airflow rate and installed a seal pipe at the chute end of the bottom to achieve a continuous air supply.After the transformations,kiln condition was stable in production process,the lime output increased to 110 t/d from 80 t/d and the quality indicators reach the needs of metallurgical secondary lime standard.
