摘要 基于MES信息总线的生产计划优化系统在大型煤制甲醇工厂开发成功。本文介绍了优化模型的建立和运行。模型的系数经MES信息总线从DCS和ERP刷新,更新的模型和它当前的优化不断地适应新的变化着的工况。 An online MES-based production plan optimization for a large scale coal based methanol plant was developed.This paper presents the formulation of optimal model and its realization.The coefficients of the model are renewed from DCS and ERP through the MES message bus.The continually refreshed model and its current optimal solution meets the need to adapt to new and changing circumstances.
