摘要
从介质含氧量、流速流态、液位控制等方面入手,结合激冷塔衬里的腐蚀形态,分析了尿素高压法46 t/d三聚氰胺生产装置中激冷塔衬里的腐蚀成因,并根据设备工况,有针对性地提出了相应的防腐措施。
From the angle of medium oxygen content,flow state and rate,level control etc,this paper analyzes the corrosion causes for quench tower lining with high-pressure process in 46 t/d melamine plant,puts forward corresponding measures against the corrosion according to the equipment operation conditions.
