分析和总结了磨煤机试生产阶段存在的问题。通过针对性的调整影响磨煤机满负荷运行的循环风量和液压加载力,实现了磨煤机运行参数的工艺达标,有效保障了Shell煤气化炉的煤粉供应。
The problems exposed during roll pulverizer′s trial running are discussed,followed by improving measures,adjusting air circulation volume to fulfill the full load need and raising hydraulic loading force that help the pulverizer′s operation parameters achieve the process requirements,insured pulverized coal supply for Shell gasifier.
