师徒教学模式在高职专业课教学中的设计与实践

摘要 师徒教学模式是将传统文化中"师徒相传"的职业培养模式与"工学结合"的现代职业教育思想相结合形成的一种教学模式,目的在于在"规模化、大批量、全工艺过程、高真实环境、规则的教学进度、同步的培养程序和可持续发展的职业能力"的指标要求下实现对专业课的教学,使高职学生达到对所从事的专业工作的全过程的体验与掌握。在供配电与照明技术的教学中,采用这种教学模式,旨在探索一种有利于培养具有综合职业能力、在职业生涯中在专业方面可持续发展的人才培养模式,并取得了良好的效果。 Mentoring is a teaching model combining the traditional "mentoring" professional training model with the modern ideology of vocational education, which aims to conduct a professional teaching to meet the requirements of "large - sealed, high - volumed, well -scheduled, synchronized and professional capacity oriented" for teaching so that the students can experience the working process of the job that they are to take up. In the teaching of power supply and lighting technology, the adaptation of this teaching model aims to cultivate a comprehensive professional ability for their future career.
