摘要
针对单罩及两种复合罩材串联爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)成形和侵彻开展了数值模拟和实验研究,采用脉冲X光摄影获得了EFP成形过程典型时刻图像,同时得到了对钢靶的侵彻效应.对比分析3种结构方案对钢靶的侵彻,结果表明:串联EFP战斗部对钢靶板的侵彻深度比单罩EFP战斗部有较大幅度提高;同时对于串联EFP战斗部的侵彻效果,钢-铜双罩结构要好于钢-钢双罩结构.
The formation of explosively-formed projectile(EFP) with single material layer liner and composite series material layers liner are developed with both experiments and numerical simulation.The photograph of flash X-ray for typical status of EFP and effect of penetration of a steel target are achieved,which provide an important reference for computational validation.The analysis of penetration results with three different structural schemes indicate that EFP formed by composite liner in series has obvious advantages in armor penetrating than single EFP;and better terminal effect in penetration depth are obtained with steel-copper composite multi-liner rather than steel-steel double liner.
