摘要 对一种新型等效单电流源供电半桥中频感应加热电源拓扑结构进行了数学分析,并求出四阶暂态微分方程组中各电路参量的解析解.在此基础上利用数值迭代方法计算出电路稳态波形.在2000 kW实验样机上进行的小功率实验与计算结果对比,验证了所述数学分析的正确性. The paper introduced working principle of a novel single current fed topology of half-bridge thyristor inverter for high-power induction heating and melting application by mathematical analysis.The analytical solutions of varieties of electrical parameters in fourth-order transient equations were presented.On this basis,waveform of inverter at steady status was obtained by numerical iteration.By comparing low-power experimental results on the 2000kW device and calculation results,the correctness of calculation was verified.The theoretical guidance on the research of current-fed half-bridge induction convertor is significant.
