企业信息化环境下产品协同开发流程再造研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对产品协同开发效率不高,返工造成损失较大,产品设计与工艺、制造成本较高等问题,关注产品协同开发流程活动执行主体,在研究企业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率影响因素的基础上,提出并建立基于管理制度和信息平台的主动式信息交互方式,以激励协同开发成员共享信息.通过对主动式信息交互的实现方式的研究,建立了产品协同开发流程协调机制模型;结合并行工程的思想,提出了基于该机制的产品协同开发流程再造方法,将其应用于实际中,证明了其可行性. In view of the low efficiency of collaborative product development,huge losses caused by rework,high cost in product design,process and manufacturing,attention is paid to the executive main body of collaborative product development process.Then,on the basis of the research conclusion that the elements influencing the human-information system interaction rate,brings out two ways of active information interaction based on the management regulation and information platform in order to inspire the collaborative development members to share information.Through researching the active information interaction,establishes the coordination mechanism model of collaborative product development process and according to the mechanism,the collaborative product development process rebuild methods,combined the concurrent engineering's idea was established.Finally,the feasibility of the research result is proved through practices.
