糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者糖化血红蛋白和血液流变学联合检测的意义 被引量:38

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和血液流变学5项指标的联合应用的价值。方法:选择65例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者与40例正常人的HbA1c和血液流变学5项进行比较分析。应用糖化血红蛋白自动分析仪测定HbA1c,全自动血液流变仪(LBR-NBC)测定血液流变学5项指标,包括全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、刚性指数、聚集指数和纤维蛋白原浓度(Fib)。结果:糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者HbA1c含量和5项血液流变学指标均高于正常对照组,两组的血液流变学指标差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),且HbA1c与血液流变学的5项指标之间呈正相关。结论:联合应用HbA1c和血液流变学5项指标,有助于监测糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者的病情变化和预后分析。 Aim:To investigate the application of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) assay combined with blood rheology analysis for diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty-five diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and 40 healthy people as control were selected.The levels of HbA1c were measured by using a Glycosylated Hemoglobin Analyzer.The 5 hemorrheology tests,which were composed of whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,stiffness index,aggregation index and Fib,were carried out by using Auto Blood Rheology Analyzer(LBR-NBC).Results: Levels of HbA1c and values of the 5 hemorheology tests in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction were found to be higher than those of the controlled(P〈0.01).There was a positive correlation between the levels of HbA1c and those of the 5 blood rheology tests.Conclusion:Combined application of HbA1c assay with hemorheology analysis can be used for prognostic assessment and evaluation of treatment efficacy for diabetic patients with cerebral infarction.
