现阶段我国政府公务人员履行职能时,部分行政部门还存在着公权行使不透明、腐败现象、行政外部权力机关监督失衡等问题,这些问题的存在,在一定程度上弱化了我国政府的信用。因此,提升政府公信力要培养政府行政人员良好的行政品德,加强行政意识,以行政信息公开为突破口,培育以公共利益为出发点的基本服务理念。

The government＇s credibility and the legality of government was positively related,but the credibility of our government continue to show weakening trend in recent years,mainly social conflicts during the special period,the exercise of public power and lack of transparency,corruption,administrative authority and supervision of external imbalance and other cause.Enhance the credibility of government to foster good government executive administrative character,strengthen administrative sense,to administrative information disclosure as a breakthrough in fostering a public interest as the starting point of the basic service concept.
