通过对我国法伦理学的研究价值及其时代使命的分析,结合西方法哲学由自然法学派到分析实证法学派直至经济分析法学派、社会法学派的发展脉络,指出法伦理学在我国现今经济社会转型期,对法学研究及立法实践的重要意义。

In the analysis of the research value and time mission of legal ethics,with the development of the western legal philosophy from the school of natural law,the analytical positivism jurisprudence,the economic analysis school of law to the social jurisprudence,the significance of legal ethics on the law research and legislative practice in the social transformation period in China is pointed out.
