石油企业职工健康状况与健康促进的现状与对策研究

Study on the Current and Countermeasure of Health Condition and Health Promotion for Oil Employees

采用问卷调查法对石油企业职工的健康状况与健康促进的现状进行调查,了解影响石油职工健康状况的各种影响因素和关系,以及健康监测、健康教育和群众体育等各种健康干预措施的实施情况,加强作业环境的治理和监测评价,重视职工健康监护和落实,构建适合石油企业的健康需求和健康促进体系,提出了针对性建议。

The health condition of employees is the foundation of enterprise＇ development,and promoting the health of employees is one of enterprises＇ priorities.People-orientedness is the core concept of the modern enterprises.In This paper investigates health condition and health needs of oil employees,analyzes the health status and its influencing factors,and actualizes the intervention measures about health inspection,education and mass sports,establishes a system of health promotion.Enterprise should improve condition of working and enhance systemic evaluation,building the health needs and health promotion system for oil enterprise.Some suggestions are given to improved the level of health.
