摘要
为解决目前事故黑点安全改善决策中存在的问题,在考虑预算资金约束及各种改善措施效果情况下,建立了用于道路事故黑点安全改善决策优化的0-1整数规划模型。在相关假设的基础上,将该模型应用于目前实际工程中,并通过实例计算说明了模型的应用过程。结果表明:该模型能够较好地优化安全改善措施,使其达到最优化,这对今后道路安全管理决策支持系统的开发研究也具有参考意义。
Considering the fund limit and effectiveness of various measurements, solve the existed problems in safety improvements of traffic accident black-spot, and to a O-i integer programming model of safety improvements for the black-spots was developed in paper. Further assumptions were made to make the new optimized decision-making mode] this could be used study. T research traffic in practical project.
