摘要
目的观察腹腔注射七氟烷、恩氟烷对小鼠的肌松作用。方法 80只小鼠按分层随机设计分为8组(n=10):七氟烷对照组(NS_S组,1 mL/kg),七氟烷各剂量(0.5、1、2 mL/kg)组;恩氟烷对照组(NS_E组,0.4 mL/kg),恩氟烷各剂量(0.2、0.4、0.8 mL/kg)组。各组均以腹腔注射给药。以对应各对照组为对照,观察受试小鼠给药后10、20、30、40、50、60、90和120 min的抓力变化。结果①与对应对照组相比,七氟烷1、2 mL/kg组和恩氟烷0.4、0.8 mL/kg组抓力减小显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);②七氟烷和恩氟烷肌松作用分别在20和10 min起效,30和20 min达最强,受试小鼠分别在120和90 min抓力开始恢复。结论腹腔注射≥1 mL/kg七氟烷和≥0.4 mL kg恩氟烷可使小鼠产生肌松作用,且呈剂量依赖性。恩氟烷比七氟烷起效快,作用时间短。
Objective To observe the muscle relaxation of intraperitoneal sevflurane and enflurane in mice. Methods The 80 mice were randomly divided into 8 groups (n=10) : control group of sevflurane (NSs group, 1 mL/kg) and other sevflurane groups (0.5, 1, 2 mL/kg) ; control group of enflurane (NSE group, 0.4 mL/kg) and other enflurane groups (0.2, 0.4, 0.8 mL/kg). Each group was given drugs by intraperitoneal injection. The change of the grip strength after the drug administration (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 90, 120 min) was observed. Results ①Compared with the control group, grip strength in sevflurane groups (1, 2 mL/kg)and enflurane groups (0.4, 0.8 mL/kg)obviously decreased (P〈0.05, P〈 0.01) ; ②The muscle relaxation onset time was 20 and 10 min, the time to peak was 30 and 20 min, and recovery time was 120 and 90 min in sevflurane and enflurane group respectively. Conclusion Injecting over 1 mL/kg sevflurane and over 0.4 mL/kg enflurane can provide effective muscle relaxation, and the muscle relaxation is dose-dependent. Enflurane is of faster action than sevflurance, and the acting time of enfturane is shorter than that of sevflurance.
