On Field Instructor Conducted Project-oriented Training Program

高等职业教育中的人才培养模式一直是我国教育领域关注的焦点。综观当前人才培养的各种模式,无疑都将面临着深层次的矛盾与问题,是一种"应激式"的变革。本文从教育与生产领域的不同属性进行客观分析,提出项目型导师负责制的人才培养模式,力图从模式构筑思想、设计技术、课程设置、教学团队和实现机制上进行"自主式"变革,以探寻高等职业教育培养高素质技能型人才的有效途径。

The training program is core to the higher vocational education.However,researches find that most training programs offered have profound weaknesses and demands further improvement.In this paper,we examine the property of education and manufacturing industry and propose a project-oriented training program under the charge of field instructor.We seek for an efficient and self-controlled approach to the reform on the design of training program,curriculum provision,teaching faculty and implementation mechanism.
