A Study of Port-of-Registry Control

文章对船籍港管理进行研究,首先提出了船籍港管理的定义和重要性,接着分析船籍港管理的现状,通过研究最新的IMO做法,结合我国实际,对如何开展好船籍港管理工作提出了对策。

This article studies the Port-of-Registry Control and firstly puts forward the definition of the Port-of-Registry Control and its significance.Through analyzing the present status of Portof-Registry Control and new methods adopted by IMO,this article also provides its suggestions on how to efficiently implement Port-of-Registry Control according to the real situation in China.
