摘要
文章从航行安全、应急搜救、海事监管等方面,阐述了小型船舶安装AIS设备的必要性、可行性,并就可能存在的问题提出一些建议。
This article,based on navigation safety,emergency response,search and rescue and maritime control,expatiates on the necessity and feasibility for the carriage of AIS onboard small-sized vessels,It also provides some suggestions on how to solve some possible issues.
