我国与外版航海通告结构体系研究

Study on the structures of Notice to Mariners in China and abroad

文章基于借鉴外版航海通告成熟经验的目的,将外版航海通告中最具典型的英版及美版航海通告与我国航海通告的结构体系进行对比分析,指出我国航海通告结构体系的发展方向,为航海通告的编辑全面进入数字化阶段指出思路。

For the purpose of drawing on the successful experience of foreign NM＇s editing and issuing,this paper firstly compares and analyzes the structure systems of British an American NMs,which are typical among foreign NM＇s.It then points out the way of development for the NM structure in China and provides some suggestions on the full digitalization of NM editing.
